Ferg from Dublin here. Well meself and Brian got back to Dublin safely though were diverted to Barcelona for two hours so as you can imagine we were in some state when we finally got back. Just wanted to say thanks to you all for a great time and for looking after us so well, especially on our last night.
Brian weened off the girlie Baileys and is back on the Bulmers now and I'm still practising the spoons!!!! Mad trish says hi too!! Hope you're all keeping well. Hope to get back sometime soon for some more craic agus ceol.

Arrived back in Scotland to sub zero temperatures, not the future!
We all had a great time and are trying to book up again in June to come back and sample more of your beer.

Just got back from a fantastic week in Playa de Ingles, most of it spent at The fabulous Hopstore, Hi Eammonn, Rod and Krista. I couldn`t wait to check out the website for you guys but hey..The photo`s & info need updating a little!!
Tried also to open the photos for April but that said “ page not found”
Im disappointed but will have to come back again to see you in person!

Just got back from GC this morning and thought we'd look the Hopstore up, great music by the man with the guitar but the Rod Stewart tribute act was by far the best. Didn't really like Rod Stewarts songs before and was going to go up stairs to watch a band (well two lads) but soon as he started singing we enjoyed it so much we stayed all night and made sure we watched the two acts before going to watch the two lads up stairs who also really good.
Oh.. and you do a great stake sarnie.

There was a fire in the Irish Centre at around 7.30 Sunday morning. No-one was hurt, but Clancy's, Saddler's & the top floor of the Spar have been gutted, with minor damage to the Pod & the Randy Leprechaun. The Hopstore's fine, & we've a new band starting next week. Keep an eye on the site for more details. |
